Delz AI Labs ("Delz", "we", "us", or "our") builds and operates AI agents and automations on behalf of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have - including how to delete your data.
This policy applies to our website, our Agent Console, and the agents and automations we operate across messaging and email channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, email, voice/SMS and web chat. Where our agents connect to third‑party platforms - including Meta technologies - we handle data obtained through those platforms in accordance with the platform's terms and policies.
1. Who we are
Delz AI Labs is the data controller for personal information processed about our website visitors and customers. For end user data that we process on behalf of a customer (for example, the people who message a customer's WhatsApp agent), the customer is the controller and Delz acts as a processor / service provider under that customer's instructions and our data processing agreement.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact & build requests - your name, email, company, the channels you want, and the workflow you describe when you book a build or contact us.
- Account information - credentials and profile details if you use the Agent Console.
- Communications - messages, support tickets and feedback you send us.
Information from connected platforms
When you or your end users interact with an agent on a connected channel, we receive the data needed to run the workflow, which may include:
- Messaging content & metadata - message text, attachments, timestamps, and the platform's user or conversation identifiers (e.g. a WhatsApp phone number, Telegram chat ID, Messenger‑scoped ID).
- Meta Platform data - where Facebook Login, the Messenger Platform, or the WhatsApp Business Platform is used, the profile fields and message data you authorize, handled under the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- Tool & integration data - the records an agent reads or writes in the tools you connect (CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, databases) to complete a task.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data - IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and actions taken, collected via cookies and similar technologies on our website and Console.
- Run logs - a record of the steps each agent takes, for auditing, debugging and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To build, configure, operate and improve the agents and automations you ask us to run.
- To route, draft and send messages across the channels you connect.
- To respond to your requests, provide support and communicate about your account.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and keep our services and your data secure.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your end users' messages to train general purpose models without your instruction.
4. How we share information
- Service providers / sub-processors - cloud hosting, AI model providers and infrastructure partners who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Connected platforms - the messaging channels and tools you authorize, including Meta technologies, to deliver the workflow you requested.
- Legal & safety - where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our services.
- Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Messaging platforms & Meta data
Our agents operate inside platforms governed by their own terms. When we access data through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger Platform, or Facebook Login, we:
- Only request the permissions and data needed for the agreed workflow.
- Use Meta Platform data solely to provide and improve that workflow — never for unauthorized advertising or resale.
- Honor user opt-outs and the platform's messaging and consent rules.
- Delete Meta Platform data when it is no longer needed, on request, or when access is revoked.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Run logs and conversation history are retained for the period set in your customer agreement (by default, no longer than necessary to operate and audit the service), unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@delzailabs.com. If we process your data on behalf of a customer, we will refer your request to that customer.
8. How to delete your data
You can request deletion of the data associated with you at any time. Submit a request through our Data Deletion Request page, or email privacy@delzailabs.com. We will verify and process valid requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross border transfers.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
