Data Deletion Request
We process valid requests within 30 days
You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data associated with you. Use the form below, or email privacy@delzailabs.com, and we'll take care of it.
What we delete
When you submit a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold that is linked to the identifier you give us - including conversation history, message content and metadata, run logs, and profile data obtained through connected platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Facebook Login. If we processed your data on behalf of one of our customers, we will also notify that customer to action the deletion.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, billing or fraud prevention records), or where data has been aggregated or anonymized so it can no longer identify you. We'll tell you if any exception applies to your request.
How it works
- 1. Request - submit the form below with the identifier tied to your data.
- 2. Verify - we may contact you to confirm the request is genuinely yours.
- 3. Delete - we complete the deletion and email you a confirmation, normally within 30 days.
